Pricing FAQ

Questions about plans

What happens when the free trial ends?

Add a card any time during your 14-day trial to keep your plan. We then bill it monthly or yearly through Stripe and email the workspace owner a receipt for each payment. If no payment method is added, the trial simply ends and you're never charged. A workspace with no plan stops recording new conversions three days after its first one, and new API keys, webhooks, programs, coupons, scheduled reports and resources are not available until a plan starts. Conversions, commissions and payouts already recorded are not affected.

What counts as an active partner?

An approved partner in your workspace. Partners who applied but were never approved, or whom you deactivated, don’t count. At your plan’s limit, tracking, commissions and payouts keep running for every partner you have. Approving new partners pauses until you move up a plan or deactivate someone, and new applicants wait under Pending.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, any time from the Billing page in your workspace. Plan changes are prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Do you charge transaction fees?

No. You pay a flat plan price. Affiliatops never takes a cut of your revenue or of the commissions you pay your partners.

Do partners pay anything?

No. Partners use their portal for free on every plan.
