Partner Program Agreement

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This agreement covers two situations: when you join another business’s affiliate or referral program through Affiliatops, and when you promote Affiliatops itself. It sits on top of our Terms of Service.

1. Joining a business program

Each business sets its own commission rates, hold periods, minimum payout, cookie lifetime, and approval rules. Those rules are shown in your partner portal for that program. The business — not Affiliatops — approves partners, approves or rejects leads and conversions, decides reversals (for refunds or rule violations), and pays your commissions.

2. Rules for promotion

3. Commissions, holds, and payouts

Earned commissions are shown in your portal with their status. Commissions are held for the program’s hold period (shown in your portal) in case of refunds, then become available. A refund or reversal can reduce or cancel a pending commission. Payouts are sent by the business using the payout details you enter in Settings; keep them accurate. Your payout information is visible only to that business’s admins and you.

4. Program changes and termination

A business can change its program rules or remove you from its program; material negative changes should be communicated to you by the business. You can stop promoting at any time. Commissions already earned under the rules at the time of the referral are not forfeited by a termination, subject to the program’s own reversal rules.

5. Promoting Affiliatops itself

If we open an affiliate program for Affiliatops, its rates and rules will be shown in your portal and follow this same agreement. Self-referrals for Affiliatops plans (signing up through your own link) are not eligible for commission.

6. Contact

Questions about a specific program’s commissions: contact that business. Questions about this agreement: [email protected].
