Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of Affiliatops, the affiliate and referral tracking service at affiliatops.com. They apply to businesses that create workspaces (“Businesses”) and to people who join a Business’s program as affiliates or referrers (“Partners”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Affiliatops provides referral-link and coupon-code tracking, commission calculation, partner payout records, and reporting. It tracks conversions that Businesses confirm through their own payment providers (such as Stripe, Midtrans, or Xendit) or through manual approval. Affiliatops is tracking software; it does not process payments for Businesses or Partners and is never a party to the relationship between a Business and its Partners.

2. Accounts

3. Free trial and paid plans

Business plans start with a 14-day free trial. Add a payment method during the trial to keep the plan; otherwise the trial ends and you are never charged. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, and each payment is receipted by email. Plan fees are not prorated mid-cycle and plan purchases are final; if something goes wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

A workspace needs a trial or a paid plan three days after its first recorded conversion. Until it has one, new conversions are not recorded and new API keys, webhooks, programs, coupons, scheduled reports and resources cannot be created. Conversions, commissions and payouts already recorded, and everything you have already created, are not affected, and choosing a plan opens everything again at once.

4. Acceptable use

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or that create legal risk for us or other customers.

5. Commissions and payouts

Commission amounts, hold periods, minimum payouts, and reversal rules are set by each Business for its own program and are shown to Partners in that program’s portal. Affiliatops records commissions and payout invoices but does not decide disputes. A Business is responsible for paying its Partners; Affiliatops is not liable if a Business fails to pay, and a Partner’s claim for commissions is against the Business, not Affiliatops.

6. Your content and data

Businesses keep ownership of the data they put into their workspace (customers, referrals, commissions, program settings). You grant Affiliatops the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data to run the service, including sending emails and webhooks you configure. Partners own their account details and payout information. Do not upload data you have no right to process.

7. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Businesses are responsible for having a lawful basis for the customer data they track, and for their own privacy notices to their customers and Partners.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features; if a change is material and negative to a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice by email. These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Affiliatops is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time; we may suspend or end accounts for breach of these terms. When a workspace ends we may delete its data after a short recovery window.
