Does it cost anything to be a partner?
No. Partner accounts are free. The business running the program pays for Affiliatops.
How do I join a program?
Register as a partner, or use the join link a business shares with you. The business reviews your application, and once you’re approved your dashboard shows your referral link.
How do I know a sale was credited to me?
Clicks, sign-ups, and sales from your link or code appear in your dashboard as they happen, each with the commission it earned.
When do I get paid?
Each commission waits out the program’s hold period (30 days by default) in case the customer refunds. After that it is approved and added to your balance, and the business pays out approved balances. Some programs set a minimum payout amount.
How do I receive the money?
The business pays you directly; Affiliatops tracks what you’re owed. Choose where you want to be paid in your settings: PayPal, Wise, a bank or wire transfer, or an e-wallet such as GoPay, OVO, DANA, or ShopeePay. Your payout history shows every transfer.
What happens if a customer refunds?
If the refund arrives during the hold period, the matching commission is reduced or cancelled before it reaches your balance. If it was already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
Can I earn every month from subscriptions?
Yes, on programs that pay recurring commission. Depending on the program, you earn on the first payment, for a set number of months, or for as long as the customer stays subscribed.
Which currency will I be paid in?
The currency the business runs its program in, such as US dollars, euros, pounds, or rupiah. Your dashboard shows every amount in that currency.
